I especially like running Trail because it is practiced in nature. I organize Trail races and promote the right running and walking technique as a therapeutic discipline. I love to listen to people, to find together the most suitable solution, and to stimulate the body's deepest self-healing, freeing what is blocked by reactivating that is, that is off, without equipment or drugs. OSTEOPATHY

Osteopathy is based on considering the human being in the unity of body, mind and spirit. Every single part of the body is able to interact with the whole through movement, a litmus test of the quality of life and health. Through its evaluation (analysis of posture and listening to movement) it is possible to identify any disorders on which to intervene through manual techniques capable of correcting imbalances and restoring physiological conditions and therefore health. It is complementary to other health professions, such as Physiotherapy and Conventional Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

MASSAGES

Sports or relaxing massages have the task of reactivating the elasticity of the muscle to relieve pain and remove joint blocks. While not using drugs or electro-medical tools, through the manipulation of tissues and joints alone, an Osteopath is able to trigger the self-healing processes that the body is naturally endowed with. It does not intervene in the recovery of lost mobility following trauma or surgery, and therefore cannot be included in rehabilitation interventions.

POSTURE and Chinese Medicine

Posture needs an integrated discipline, based on neurological and soul anatomy which, through the principles of Chinese Medicine, interprets the imbalances of the Postural Tonic System to trace proprioceptive reflexes and find the path of physical and emotional realignment.
